A good coach will always be in your face!

Coaching and self-development have a relationship that is natural and progressive.

When you consider who we are as human beings and where our own development comes from, you'll see that it's always a dynamic between two or more people.

If we didn't have each other, or we were all identical, that dynamic would not inspire, threaten, cajole or attract us into new areas or contexts that were not as comfortable as our 'known' territories.

Coaches are the keys

Without coaches, we don't normally get inspired enough to do anything out of our comfort zone, or the 'grey' zone as I call it. Everything stays the same and there's not a lot of progression. even in nature, evolution will force it's way through and take no prisoners on the way. There are plenty of extinct species (not) out there!

Coaching in my world, is a natural progression between two or more people that gets you into a groove for your self-development. In the ideal world, this happens normally and easily: In today's hectic pace, sometimes we don't have the time or resources to assist each other. That's when you need to call in a coach!

Your coach will be able to see things in a way you can't; be able to reframe memories and events that have been stuck for ages; re-wire old patterns that have become unwanted patterns or habits.

Any time you work with a coach and resolve old issues, you are working on your self-development.
