ForLifeCoach.com is providing a free coaching day so you can find out if coaching is for you!

There are two dates you can attend. The first is February 28th (10 places left until we close the doors on that one) and March 14th.

What's on the FREE coaching day?

* The foundation of all change work: How to THINK about thinking itself!

* You will improve your ability to listen and hear what isĀ  REALLY being said

* You take a leap forward in your ability to ask questions to get to the real heart of the issues

* You will develop your ability to create rapport in any situation

* You will learn how to maintain your energy, whatever is in front of you

* You'll know how to match and mirror another's language patterns

* You'll learn the basis of all coaching

What this day will NOT be about:

  • You will NOT be pressured into buying anything with us
  • You will NOT be subject to a raa raa American style presentation

Most of the day is full of exciting exercises and information for you to experience, there's not much time to tell you what's on offer. By the end of the day, you'll already know if this is for you and we'll know if you're suitable!

Don't just take our word for it!

"The trainers energy connected with the group, tuning in and providing what we needed. The exercises facilitated both growth and insight as I reflected on the roles I assume in my day to day living (in particular my stance in what i perceived to be 'problems') and what lessons they might hold for me. The climate was vibrant and energetic. A safe and open atmosphere was created and I felt comfortable being myself and sharing with others in a way which was helpful for my change and self development. Many thanks!"
