Values, because we are all different
Values are what drive us, give us the power to get out of bed and focus us to win and succeed. If you don't know what someone's values are, you don't know how to motivate them or talk to the highest part of them.
Most values were established unconsciously from an early age.
On this module, we'll show you how to elicit (pull out) values from the deepest part of you client's psyche, the unconscious mind.
The trick to working with values is to be able to find out the natural hierarchy and then move , change or clean up the values for your client. For instance, if your client has money at a number 6 in his/her hierarchy and they had come to you to improve their abundance with wealth, you'd know immediately that the money is too low on the ladder. You would then be able to use your coaching tools to bring money higher up and therefore be more alluring inside the client's unconscious world.

Most clients may have an idea that money is important, yet would have no idea 'how' it's held in their unconscious mind!
It could also be possible that your client has money high up in the order, yet it has some negative connotations to it from previous memories. When you discover this, using your newly found skills, you'll be able to clean up the memories, leaving the client's hierarchy clean and shiny!
Another aspect of values which is mostly hidden to the client is the direction they are motivated in: Some people have a carrot motivation, some a stick! All this means is that some memories have been 'tainted' and therefore when a client looks at them/feels them, they remember what to avoid because it hurt once.
You will learn how to:
- elicit a hierarchy of values using a unique tool shown to you
- work with your client to establish what values they want in their life from now on
- establish the direction of the clients motivation - toward/away
- clean up a hierarchy that has bad memories
