It's all about team-work
This module is all about how to use language gracefully and powerfully! How you can work as a team with your clients or work force is how gracefully you can use language. The concept of deep questioning is also introduced through something we call the Meta-Model. You will learn about sequencing questions and learning how to use your own unconscious mind and therefore how to utilise your clients!
Metaphors
Your ability to pass information in a fascinating way is your ability to communicate to another's deeper mind! We show you the ABC of powerful metaphor design.
The Milton model of language
We show you how to use your language gracefully and powerfully, so it will seem like 'normal' conversations you are having with your clients - yet the most powerful 'normal' you will find anywhere!
The Meta-Model
The meta-model (initially named meta-model of therapy and also known as meta-model of language) is a communications model for gathering, clarifying and specifying information, and effecting change. It was developed by the co-founders of Neuro-linguistic programming, Richard Bandler and linguist John Grinder between 1973 and 1975. It is often contrasted with the Milton model; a collection of "artfully vague" language patterns Bandler and Grinder later observed in Milton Erickson working with clients. The meta model represents an attempt to explicate the patterns that gestalt therapist Fritz Perls and family therapist Virginia Satir used to produce change with their clients.
We will show you this art and skill of using the most powerful languaging available today!
